90-day grace window
When you submit the form below, your account is scheduled for deletion 90 days later. Within that window you can sign in and click “Cancel deletion” on the dashboard to restore everything. Once the 90 days pass, your data is permanently and irreversibly removed.
How to delete your account
The fastest way is the form below. You'll need your registered email and your password — we re-verify both so a stale browser session alone can't trigger deletion. We'll send a confirmation email to your registered address as soon as the request is accepted.
- Fill in your registered email and password.
- Tick the confirmation box and click Schedule deletion.
- We email you a confirmation with the exact deletion date (90 days out).
- Want to undo? Sign in any time before the 90-day mark and click Cancel deletion on the dashboard banner.
Can't sign in? If you've lost access (e.g. forgot password, lost device, can't reach your registered email), email info@lamdainfotech.thewaapi.com from your registered email address with the subject line Delete My Account. We'll verify your identity and process the request manually within 7 business days.

What gets deleted vs. retained
Permanently deleted
- • Your user profile (name, email, password hash, phone)
- • Vendor / company record
- • Conversations, messages, and message media
- • Contacts, contact groups, and custom fields
- • Campaigns and campaign-message logs
- • Templates (locally cached) and chatbot flows
- • AI agents and bot replies
- • WhatsApp account links (your tokens are revoked)
- • API keys and outbound webhook configurations
- • Media library uploads
- • Support tickets and replies
- • Custom roles, login activity, and per-user activity logs
- • FCM push tokens (so you stop receiving notifications)
Retained for legal compliance
- • Invoices & billing records — Indian tax law (GST, Income Tax) requires retention up to 8 years from the financial year-end.
- • Subscription history — needed for tax audits and refund-window enforcement.
- • Payment-gateway transaction IDs — held by our processor (Razorpay) for chargeback / dispute windows.
- • Aggregate audit logs — security forensics (suspicious-login traces, abuse investigations) keep timestamp + minimal identifiers, no message content.
- • Backups — rolling 90-day window; expired backups are purged automatically.
- • Anonymised analytics — aggregate usage metrics with all PII stripped out.
These records are kept only as long as the law requires and access is restricted to authorised personnel.
What about WhatsApp / Meta data?
The WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), phone-number IDs, and access tokens tied to your account are revoked at deletion. Message logs Meta keeps on their side are governed by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Business Terms of Service — you may need to contact Meta separately to delete data they hold.
