1. Nature of Service
WAAPI provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. There are no physical goods to ship. Access is provided instantly through your WAAPI account dashboard once payment is confirmed.
2. Activation Timeline
- Subscription upgrades: Plan upgrades are applied instantly upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 minutes.
- New account registration: Free-tier access is granted instantly after email verification. Paid-plan access is granted instantly after payment confirmation.
- WhatsApp Business API setup: Connection via Meta Embedded Signup is typically completed within 5–10 minutes. In rare cases, Meta may take up to 48 hours to approve the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone-number verification. This is a Meta-side process and outside WAAPI’s direct control.
- Template approvals: Message templates submitted to Meta for approval typically receive a decision within 24 hours. Approval is at Meta’s discretion.
3. Payment Confirmation Delays
In most cases, payment confirmation happens within seconds. If your bank or payment provider takes additional time, activation will complete as soon as we receive a successful confirmation webhook. If activation does not occur within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact info@lamdainfotech.thewaapi.com.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful activation, you will receive:
- A welcome email with your account details and login instructions;
- A tax invoice/receipt on your registered email;
- An in-dashboard confirmation that your plan is active and ready to use.
5. Access & Downtime
We target 99.9% uptime for the dashboard and API. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, are announced at least 48 hours in advance on the dashboard and via email. Emergency maintenance or upstream outages (for example, Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API) are communicated via the in-app status banner as soon as we become aware of them.
6. Credentials & Onboarding
All account credentials and onboarding resources (documentation, API keys, webhook URLs) are delivered digitally through your secure dashboard. We do not deliver credentials via SMS or unencrypted channels.
7. Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases
Optional add-ons (for example, additional message credits, extra WhatsApp Business accounts, or extra team-member seats) are provisioned immediately after payment and reflected in your usage dashboard.
8. Mobile App Access
Our Flutter-based vendor app is available for Android devices. Installation links are provided in your dashboard. Once installed, log in with the same WAAPI credentials — no separate provisioning is required.
